Alvogen appoints Graham Baker as Chief Financial Officer

Alvogen, today announced that Kevin Bain, the Company‘s Chief Financial Officer since 2009 will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer of Alvogen‘s biotech sister company, Alvotech and continue as EVP of Strategic Development at Alvogen.

Alvogen is also delighted to announce that Graham Baker will be appointed as the group‘s new Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 November 2015. Graham joins Alvogen from AstraZeneca, where he has spent the past 20 years of his career, most recently as Vice President of Finance for AstraZeneca’s international business. Graham will be responsible for all global finance and information services for Alvogen.

He has provided crucial support for our business as we have transformed from a small U.S. contract manufacturer to a global generic pharmaceutical company with commercial operations in 35 countries. Graham, 47, has over 24 years of finance experience and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor working for Arthur Andersen. Graham holds an MA degree in Economics from Cambridge University in England.
