Divya has worked with Alvogen since 2009 and formally joined the company in 2012.  He was appointed as the CEO of Alvogen in January 2026.

Divya Patel, CEO

Tunie serves as the Chief Financial Officer.  She has 20 years of Finance experience, with over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry. She was an integral part of the turnaround and growth of Par and its successful sale to Endo in 2015. 

Most recently, Tunie was the Generics Business Controller for Endo Pharmaceuticals where she was responsible for generics consolidated financial statements, global policy and processes, and alliance management. She has worked on several key organizational-wide strategic initiatives including leading the finance integration for Par and a number of restructuring initiatives resulting in bottom line savings. 

Tunie is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University.

Tunie Zaku

Gina joined Alvogen in 2025 as Vice President of Legal Affairs, leading US legal and compliance functions for the company. She brings 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with an emphasis on intellectual property and regulatory strategy.

Most recently, Gina spent 11 years at Endo, where she held roles of increasing responsibility in the legal team supporting the generics and sterile injectables business units. Prior to joining Endo, Gina practiced intellectual property law at Latham & Watkins LLP.

Gina holds a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University, a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Lehigh University.

Gina Gencarelli

Rama joined Alvogen in September 2018 and is responsible for all aspects of Generics and Brand R&D, including Biopharmaceutics, Clinical Pharmacology, Project Management,product transfers and commercial validation at all internal and external sites.  

Rama is a seasoned executive with over twenty years in the pharmaceutical industry, with significant development experience in complex generics and 505(b)2 products. Most recently he was the Vice President and Generic R&D Site Head for the Teva Pharmaceuticals Elizabeth, New Jersey site.  There he managed a R&D team involved in the development of complex generic products including first to file and first to market as well as some brand products for US market. Rama also oversaw the development of generic products for European, Mexican and Canadian markets. 

Rama holds a BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences, and a MS in Pharmaceutics and  Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics all from Andhra University in India.  He also has post-doctoral research experience at Kyoto Pharmaceutical University in Kyoto, Japan.  In addition, he is the recipient of numerous awards for his work, as well as a published author for scientific research articles.

Rama Yarasani

Carl joined Alvogen in June 2022 as Senior Vice President Supply Chain and leads all facets of Supply Planning and Third Party supply networks to ensure optimal inventory levels to support robust Customer Service expectations.  He is an accomplished Life Science leader with nearly thirty years of comprehensive global supply chain and operational management responsibilities in both the pharmaceutical and device industry.  Carl is well versed in managing complex projects, directing cross-functional teams, championing compliance, and working with Regulatory agencies.  Some successes from his career include: Major product launches, acquisitions and divestitures, U.S. FDA drug and device warning letter remediation, and complex technical transfer.  His career spans progressive leadership roles at Abbott Laboratories, Hospira, Pfizer and Mayne Pharma.    

Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from North Carolina Wesleyan University.

Carl Turner

As Human Resources Vice President, Emily is responsible for all strategic initiatives related to employee development, engagement and retention in the US region. Her role includes supporting staff growth by developing and implementing comprehensive reward, training and leadership programs; recruiting and onboarding new employees to the company; and ensuring adherence to government and legal requirements.

Emily is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and manufacturing industries. Prior to Alvogen, Emily held progressive roles at Novartis, Gerber Products, Viacom and Occidental Chemical. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Northwestern University.

Emily Smith

As Vice President of Information Technology for the US Region, Neha’s roles include supporting Alvogen’s growth by partnering with the company's business units to fuel innovation and provide strategic insights through the use of cutting-edge technology. Through her efforts, Neha brings daily IT efficiency to all staff.

Neha joined Alvogen in 2015 and has more than 20 years of extensive Information Technology experience in the pharmaceutical, telecommunication and banking industries.  Prior to joining Alvogen, she ensured superior IT processes at Daiichi Sankyo Pharma.  Neha holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Neha Patel

Travis joined Alvogen in 2018 to lead the commercial business for our generics portfolio in the US Region.

He brings 20 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry and has a proven track record of commercial leadership at companies including Bausch & Lomb, Cadista, URL/Mutual and Watson Pharmaceuticals.  At G&W Laboratories, he led the Sales and Marketing organization to successfully launch new products while maintaining strategic business in the constantly changing US market.

Travis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and a MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Travis Roberts

Kate joined Alvogen in September 2022 as the Vice President of Customer Contracting and Trade Relations, leading commercial operations including pricing and contracting, reverse logistics, customer service, rebates, chargebacks, and trade relations for the company.  With over 20 years of experience, Kate has held progressively responsible roles across marketing and national accounts at Mallinckrodt, Dr. Reddy’s, and Rising Pharmaceuticals. Most recently, as a Director at PwC, Kate led consulting engagements in pricing and profitability across the branded pharma, med technology and device industries, driving substantial business improvements.  Kate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Kate Neely

Our organizational structure is lean and flexible, driving quick and effective decision making and thus enabling the company to bring new generic products quickly and safely to market. The executive leadership team forms the Alvogen Management Board.
