Tunie Zaku

Tunie joined Alvogen in February 2018 as the Chief Financial Officer and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in January 2026, expanding her leadership responsibilities across the organization.  She has 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in finance, strategy, and alliance management.

Throughout her career, she has played a key role in driving strategic growth initiatives and value-creating partnerships.  Prior to joining Alvogen, she held various senior-level positions at Par Pharmaceutical and Endo, including Business Controller for the generics and sterile injectables business. In these roles, she led the finance integration for Par and multiple restructuring programs that delivered bottom line savings.

Tunie is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University.
